My sincerest condolences to the family of Patsy Lowe Carruthers. I went to Grant County High School with Patsy. I have such fond and loving memories of Patsy in the school cafeteria working on our ALgebra II problems early every morning. She was such a fun loving and kind person. My heart goes out to her many loved ones.
