Patsy Ann Mull Coulter, of Maryville, Tennessee, passed away in her home on February 26,2025. She was 84. She was born and raised in Maryville and attended Everett High School. She worked at Blount Memorial Hospital in medical records. Pat and, her husband, Harold then owned Hayes Alignment for 15 years.

Pat was known for her kind, gentle personality and her love for her family and for Jesus. She was a long time member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and nannie. She celebrated 51 years of marriage with Harold prior to his passing. They met at the Billy Graham Crusade in Knoxville. They were best of friends, raised a wonderful family, and had an unmatched love.

Pat is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Andrew Coulter, Sr.; sons, Dustin Lee Shamblin and Harold Andrew Coulter, Jr. (Andy); parents, Homer and Gaily Mull; brother, Edward Mull; sisters, Betty Sullivan, Shirley Taylor, and Sylvia Fagg. Survivors include: son, Mike L. Shamblin (Terri), daughter, Linda Coulter Pace (Lynn); brother, Don Mull (Wilma); granddaughters, Heather Shamblin Thompson (Matt), Alyson Shamblin Oakley (Chris), and Laurel Pace Carbone (John); great ­grandchildren, Mae & Turner Thompson, Ava Turner, and Miles Carbone; nieces and nephews, Pam Stearns and family, David Taylor and family, Kristy Tarrant and family, Steve Sullivan and family, Teresa Ingram and family, Tina Ridings and family, Angie Lawson and family, Craig Stone and family, Gretchen Burgess and family, Terry Mull and family, and Jill Hall and Family. Special thanks to her caregivers and special friends, Dee Haun, Carol Shamblin Liposky, and Lydia Sharp. Memorial donations may be made to: Mount Lebanon Baptist Church, Senior Outreach Program, 3508 Wildwood Road, Maryville, TN 37804 in Pat’s name. Friends may drop by the Grandview Pavilion for visitation from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Monday, March 3, 2025. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM with Dennis Gosselin officiating.
