Patsy Cox, of San Angelo, passed away December 1st at the age of 87. She was born in Taft, Texas in 1938 to Marie Pierce and Robert G. Alsup.
Patsy was a devoted wife and mother. She loved to travel across the country with her brother in his RV. Other than Hawaii, there wasn't a state they hadn't driven to, including Alaska!
She loved going to her church, until walking made it impossible. She was a generous soul with a magnetic personality and she will be greatly missed.
Patsy is survived by her only son Robby Thornton of San Angelo. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Cox, of Urbana Ohio.
There will be an open viewing held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM at Harer Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at a later date.
