Patsy will be sadly missed by her Son - Michael Wayne (Rhonda) Culbertson, Marion, IN, Daughter - Erika Ann Meyer, Hartford City, IN, Brothers - Claude (Sue) Doty, Muncie, IN, William Doty, Hartford City, IN, and several Nieces & Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Husband - Michael Lee Culbertson, Father - Clyde Doty, Mother - Ethel Doty, Daughter-in-law - Cynthia Culbertson, Brothers - Wayne Doty, Norman Doty, and Raymond Doty, Sisters - Bernice Havens, Mary Catlin, and Irene Curtis.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W Windsor St Montpelier on Monday, November 27, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
A service to celebrate Patsy's life will follow at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 27, 2023, with Steve Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Montpelier.
The family wishes to thank AseraCare Hospice, Richmond, IN.
Arrangements are being handled by Walker & Glancy Funeral Home in Montpelier.
