Patsy Sue Davis, 82, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at her home.
She was born on January 16, 1943, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Rosie Leona Pleasant Davis and Bracie Owen Davis. She retired after thirty-three years from Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, flower gardening, camping, and working puzzles. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Patsy attended Madison Avenue Holiness Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy White; brother, Donald Moore; grandchildren, Samual Lindsey and Chelsie Gunby; and one great-granddaughter.
Survivors include her children, Donald (Angie) Yates of Chandler, IN, Jeanette (Randy) Gilbert of Fort Gibson, OK, Joey (Kathy) Lindsey, Jr. of Madisonville, Rev. Owen Lindsey of Madisonville, and Renae (Trent) Teague of Nortonville; brother, Nelson (Gloria) Davis of Chandler, IN; grandchildren, Tony Bowles, Jeff Yates, Jonathon Gunby, Jessica (Carissa) Gunby, Ashley (Stephan) Davis, Christa (Eric) Groves, Tylor (Kirsten) Lindsey, Trigden Lindsey, Whitlee Smith, and Colten (Charity) Baldwin; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Rev. Owen Lindsey officiating. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville, KY.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour on Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Jeff Yates, Trigden Lindsey, Tylor Lindsey, Colten Baldwin, Ashley Davis, Christa Groves, and Jessica Gunby. Honorary pallbearers are Trent Teague and Randy Gilbert.
