Patsy A. Fields

Mrs. Patsy Annette Fields, 82, of Newnan, Georgia, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Avalon Nursing Home.
Patsy was born in Newnan, Georgia, on June 14, 1943, to the late John Monroe Beam and Bertha Burnham Beam. She was a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose greatest joy was found in her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Lee Fields; her parents, John Monroe Beam and Bertha Burnham Beam; her brothers, Garnell Beam and Tony Beam; and her sisters, Norma White and Dorothy Brown.
Patsy is survived by her devoted son, David Lee Fields, and his wife, Sheila Marie Fields. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Carey (Janice) Fields and Joel (Kitty) Fields, and sister-in-law Emily Fields. She also has numerous nieces and nephews who loved her.
She was the proud and adored grandmother of six: Justin Reineke (Carolina), Katielynn Fields (Matt), Kayla Fields (Josh), Sydney Fields (Rusty), Jacob Fields (Alyssa), and Dylan Fields (Brea). Patsy also leaves behind eight precious great-grandchildren: great-granddaughters Savannah, Chloe, Aria, and Hazel, and great-grandsons Carter, Tanner, Denzel, and Luke.
The graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Oak Hill Cemetery. Pastor Mike Holdredge will be officiating.
