Patsy Finley Obituary
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 12pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Elwood Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Walls Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral services.
Patsy was born on October 17, 1947 in Washington County, VA to the late Reggie and Della Rae Ham Lewis. She is preceded in death by her husband; James Ralph Finley, grandson; William Mullis, and her brother; Harley Lewis.
Patsy was an avid gardener, who loved being outdoors in her flowers. She served the Lord all her life and was a member at Middle Fork Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing with Ralph, and loved her family dearly.
She leaves behind her son, James Finley (Debbie) of Fleetwood; one brother, Lawrence Lewis of Whitetop, VA; one sister, Linda Miller of Crumpler; one granddaughter, Leah Sturgill; five great-grandchildren, seven great, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family respectfully request no food please.
Memorials may be made to Middle Fork Missionary Baptist Church, 1736 Middle Fork Ln, Whitetop, VA 24292.
