Mrs. Patsy Ellen Fleming (née Morrow), age 76, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2025, in Mankato, Minnesota.
Born on March 11, 1949, in Mankato, Minnesota, Patsy was the daughter of William Morrow and Dorothy Yates. She remained deeply connected to her hometown throughout her life. She graduated from Mankato West High School in 1967. Patsy went on to attend Mankato State University where she met her future husband, Thomas Fleming. They were married on March 18, 1972, in Mankato, Minnesota.
Patsy’s journey into nursing began later in life when she graduated in 2003. She went on to enjoy a fulfilling career as a registered nurse, dedicating herself to the care and well-being of others until her retirement in 2019. Her compassion and commitment left a lasting impact on those she served.
Patsy was a devoted wife to Thomas Brian Fleming and a loving mother to their children: Nathan Fleming (Amy Bannister), Leah Neudorff (Frank Neudorff), Daniel Fleming (Catherine Calzada), Matthew Fleming, and Christopher Fleming (Christa Cooper). She was also a Grandmother/Nana to her grandchildren; Katelyn, Emily, Isabel, Lucas, Amelia, Thomas and Alida. Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
A caring mother and grandmother, Patsy found joy in creating memories with her loved ones. Whether playing games, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events or reading quietly by their side, she brought warmth and laughter into every gathering. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father William Morrow, mother Dorothy Yates, and brother Glen Graff.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at St. Croix Hospice for the exceptional care provided to Patsy in her final month.
