Ms. Patsy Ann Pilson Foley, age 79 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Blue Ridge Therapy Connection in Stuart. She was born in Patrick County on December 10, 1945 to the late Homer William Pilson and Patty Harbour Pilson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters, Irene Stone, Effie Tuggle, Gladys Dehart, Vera Lawson, and Betsy Carter; four brothers, Henry Pilson, Garland Pilson, Donald Pilson, and Leon Pilson.
Left to cherish her memory are her three sons, Tony, Timmy, and Chucky Foley all of Stuart.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Ross Harbour Methodist Church Cemetery with Chaplain Jeff Pendleton officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Clover Cat Rescue, P.O. Box 829, Stuart, VA 24171. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
