Patsy Lee Frey

Patsy Lee Frey, aged 78, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, November 29, 2021, in Ashburn, Virginia. Patsy was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on June 9, 1943, to Lessie and Ward Lee Martin. Patsy was known for her love of Jesus and if she got your ear for more than two minutes, you would have certainly been told what He did for her, and what He can do for you. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, serving others, hosting parties, and spending time with those she loved. She was most proud of her family, especially her grand-children and great grand-children. She is survived by her daughters, Leslie (Buzz); Christina (Keith); Michele (Thad); Lisa (Glenn); and Faith (Jeff). Grandchildren, Robert (Andrea); Jimmy (Marissa); Danielle (Michael); Brent (Dominique); Shanon, Erin, Jessie, Shelby, Savannah, Taylor, Lindsay, and Brooke; Great grand-children, Joslyn, Easton, Alden, Everett, Camden, and Michaela. Preceded in death by her beloved brother Henry "Sonny" Betz, first-born daughter Sharon Lee Wick, and grand-daughter, Jennifer Allison Wick. Aside from the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren she adored, Patsy is survived by Richard Frey, her former spouse, life-long friend, and father of their children. Services will be held at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church located at 122 Bayard Road, Lothian, MD 20711, on Friday, December 3, at 12 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patsy's name to www.Wellspringlife.org/give, a cause near to Patsy's heart that provides free services to women facing unplanned pregnancy.
