"Patsy" Ann Glover - Born in Little Rock (12/09/37) Passed away at home in Russellville (04/09/26).
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ruby and Hurley Buddenberg, brother and sister-in-law Bill Buddenberg (Carol), life partner and love of over 40 years, Joe Cordell.
Survived by 5 children, Tina George, Lisa Belew (Stephen), Charles Glover (Caroline), Patrick Glover and Michael Glover; 6 Grandchildren: Josh George, Jessica Vernon (Jamie) Cody Belew (Stephen), Casey Belew (Robbie), Allie Bullock (Aaron), Drake Glover (Morgan), Maggie Harris (Jake), and Ellie Glover(Tyler); and 6 Great Grandchildren: Henry, Hayes, Ruby, Archer, Oliver and Magnolia.
Patsy's long career in the insurance business started at the Rebsamen and East Agency and with few diversions off the course she finished at Regions Insurance. Through that career, she garnered a host of lifelong friends. Her farm in Russellville was her little "slice of heaven" where she enjoyed working in her yard and home. She also enjoyed trail rides with Joe, friends and family, and riding her horse "Judge". Patsy was a Champion wagon racer, missing only 1 Labor Day weekend and the week preceding, camping at the Bar-Eoff Ranch in Clinton Arkansas, with her "chuckwagon" family. But most of all, her passion was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She protected, raised and nurtured them like a lioness! Her world revolved around them, and theirs around her and in her mind, they have been her greatest success in life. She spent countless hours supporting her family at ballparks, rodeos, football fields, kindergartens, high schools, colleges, basic training facilities, musical events, and weddings across the state and beyond.
Patsy's family also includes a long list of kids that she did not birth but were instead chosen by her to raise, help raise, or just occasionally push in what she thought was the right direction (you know who you are).
The hole that she leaves in this world and especially among her family and friends can never be filled and her memory and legacy will be carried on for years to come.
