Patsy Gose Obituary
Patsy was known for her fierce devotion to those she loved and her kindhearted spirit. She had a special way of making everyone around her feel valued and appreciated. Strong-willed and resilient, Patsy faced every challenge in her life with unwavering strength, courage, and bravery-qualities that inspired all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 34 years, Douglas Gose; her loving mother, Edna Buhl; her brothers, Charles and Nathan Buhl; and her sisters, Paula Savage and Linda Locklear.
Patsy is survived by her daughter, Nicole Gose (fiancé Randy Baird II); her sisters, Della Buhl and Alice Daugherty (Don); her brother, Alvin Buhl; her sister-in-law, Georgianna Lacy; her grandson, Lathan Arnold; her granddaughter, Mattie Baird; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at UT, whose exceptional care, kindness, and support meant so much during Patsy's illness. Their dedication not only provided comfort and dignity to Patsy, but also offered strength and reassurance to her family during a very difficult time.
Receiving of Friends will be from 5:00-7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7 pm with Rev. Chuck Daniels officiating. Family and friends are invited to meet at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Lynch-Bethel Cemetery in the Karns Community for a Graveside service.
