Patsy Ann Griffith passed away peacefully on September 25, 2024.
Funeral services will be held 9:30 AM Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, at Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment will be held Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Patsy was born on December 28, 1937, in Bridgeport, Texas. Patsy married Gale Griffith in 1954 and lived in Euless, Springtown and retired at Runaway Bay, TX before moving to Frisco. Patsy loved the Lord and was a faithful servant. Patsy helped Gale found and operate Southwest Glass Company in Dallas before retiring in 1986. Patsy and Gale traveled extensively, visiting every state in the country. Patsy was an avid reader, a golfer, bridge player, accomplished seamstress, a talented painter, and the best cook in Texas.
Patsy loved Gale dearly and will be missed by her family and many friends.
Patsy went to heaven and is now with her oldest son, Timothy Gale Griffith, who went to heaven in 1971.
Patsy is survived by her husband of 70 years, Howard Gale Griffith, her son Mark Griffith and his wife Charene, and her son Scott Griffith and his wife Kasey. Patsy is also survived by five grandchildren, Audrey, Conner, Holden, Major and Brady, and two great grandchildren, Sophia and Anna. Patsy is also survived by three siblings, Peggy King, Fred Smith and Preston Smith.
