Patsy Dean Helm

Patsy Dean Helm, 89, of Laclede, Missouri, passed away peacefully at her home on December 5, 2025. Patsy was born on September 3, 1936, in Laclede, Missouri, to Walter McCune and Jenny (Lamb) McCune. She grew up in the Laclede community and graduated from Laclede High School in 1954. Patsy had many interests that filled her life with joy. She loved tennis and often traveled to watch matches across the country. She had a special fondness for her horses and enjoyed trail riding whenever she could. She was also an avid reader and treasured time spent with her family. She is survived by her children, Walter Helm (Lisa) of Laclede and Delta Reicheneker (Derek) of Lee's Summit; her grandchildren, Zachary Helm (Amber) and Sierra Helm; and two great-grandchildren. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one sister. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will take place at Laclede Cemetery. The family will share additional service details when available.
