Patsy Briles Holt passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023 after a sudden and brief illness. She was the daughter of the late Dalton and Lula Mae Moon Briles. She is preceded in death by her husband Harry G. Holt and infant daughter Melinda Shawn Holt. She is survived by daughter Sharon Holt Carter (Jimmy), son Kevin Holt ( girlfriend Melinda), grandson Travis Carter, sisters-in-law Martha Holt, Peggy H. Fields (Buddy), and many nieces and nephews.
She graduated from Greensboro (Grimsley) Senior High School. She was a member of Independent Presbyterian Church and longtime member of Alamance Presbyterian Church. Pat was employed by Universal Scientific Supply Co. before and after retirement.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Alamance Presbyterian Church.
