Patsy Jarrett Obituary

Born on February 3, 1944 in Mitchell County, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Pearl Buchanan Stamey. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Jarrett who passed away in 2021. Also preceding her in death was her son; Danny Jarrett, and her sister; Barbara Duncan.
Patsy was a member of the Mitchell Baptist Church. She was the owner and operator of Bear Creek Beauty Salon for fifty years. She enjoyed bowling, fishing and listening to all types of music.
Left to cherish her memories are her son; David Jarrett and wife, Lesia of Kingsport, TN, her daughter-in-law; Lorie Jarrett of Bakersville, her sister; Marie Stamey of Forest City, NC, her grandchildren; Ryan Jarrett and wife, Britany of Nashville, TN, Cameron Jarrett and wife, Katie of Johnson City, TN, Jake Jarrett and wife, Brittany of Bakersville and Anna Sutton and husband, Matt of Old Fort, her great grandchildren; Zayn, Cora, Ensley, Eleanor, Abigail, Vita, Lucy and Finan, and her special friend, Roger McKinney.
The funeral service for Patsy Jarrett will be on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 6:00 pm at Freedom Baptist Church with the Rev's. Matt Sutton and Blake Glenn officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 24, 2025 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Freedom Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Bear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to; Mitchell Baptist Church Building Fund, www.mitchellbaptistchurch.org.

Webb Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mrs. Jarrett and is honored to serve the Jarrett family. Mrs. Jarrett's obituary has also been posted on Facebook for viewing.
