Patsy Ann (Goines) Keith, 90, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (formerly of Fort Gibson), went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 25, 2025, living a full life centered on faith, family and love. She was born September 17, 1935, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Marlin R. "Short" and Odie Mae (Williams) Goines.
Patsy graduated from Fort Smith High School, Class of 1953. She married the love of her life, T.A. Keith on March 21, 1955, in Fort Smith. In 1957, they moved to Fort Gibson to start the family business, Keith Hardware. Patsy was a faithful member of First Baptist Church, Fort Gibson for 57 years, where she taught Sunday School and Bible School for many of those years.
In 2014, Patsy moved to The Baptist Village of Broken Arrow, where she quickly made many friends and became a faithful member of First Baptist Church and the Oasis Sunday School Class. She most recently moved into the Assisted Living of The Baptist Village.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 52 years, T.A., her parents, Marlin Goines and Cecil and Odie Mae (Goines) Shelby, her in-laws, Austin and Margie Keith, and many other beloved family members.
Family left to cherish her include her daughter and husband, Karen and Larry Leeds of Fort Gibson, son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Lisa Keith of Broken Arrow, her beloved grandchildren, Jon and Natalie Leeds of Muskogee, Jacob and Shelly Leeds of Muskogee, Leslie and Tyler Newcomb of Broken Arrow, Allison and Paul Kent of Jenks, and Thomas and Becca Keith of Owasso. Her pride and joy great-grandchildren include Jenna Leeds, Blake Leeds, Levi Newcomb, Audrey Newcomb, Kylee Leeds, Ryleigh Keith, Joanna Kent, Laiken Keith, Brynn Newcomb, Louie Kent, Andrew Keith, Lilly Leeds and a bonus great-granddaughter Ella Wilson. She is also survived by her precious sister, Marr Lynn Bearden of Destin, Florida, sister-in-law Nelda Sullivan of Fort Smith, Arkansas, sister-in-law Bettye Williams of Atlanta, Georgia, brother Johnnie and wife Pam of Rogers, Arkansas, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones.
Patsy's life celebration will be held 10AM Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the First Baptist Church in Fort Gibson, with Pastor Danny Gandara officiating and Brother Monty Baggett eulogizing.
Interment will follow at Citizens Cemetery with Jon Leeds, Jacob Leeds, Thomas Keith, Tyler Newcomb, Paul Kent and Mark Weigel serving as casket bearers.
