BROWNSVILLE, TX. – Patsy S. Killebrew Gonzales went home peacefully to be with the Lord on Saturday, the 22nd of March 2025 in Brownsville, Texas. She was born on April 13, 1964 in Brownsville, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gonzales, and her parents, Willie B. and Angelita Garza Killebrew.
She is survived by her children, Jessica L. Garza (Leo Lopez), Aaron M., and Marcos A. Gonzales (Ashley Lucas); her sister, Janet K. Doyle (Ronnie), and her brother, Billy Killebrew (Beatriz); by her grandchildren, Briann, Mia, and Layla Lopez, and Nathan Gonzales; by her nephews, Billy Killebrew, Jr. (Jenny), Brian Doyle (Shelby), and Terry Doyle (Kay); and several aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
Patsy’s children and grandchildren were the love of her life. They made her heart very happy. Family and friends meant the world to her. She had a passion for fishing, dancing, and enjoyed basking in the sun while listening to disco.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, the 27th of March 2025 between the hours of four o’clock in the afternoon and nine o’clock at night, with a prayer service to begin at five o’clock Thursday afternoon within the East Chapel of Darling-Mouser Funeral Home. All services will conclude Thursday night. Cremation will follow.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff and doctors at Brownsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Fresenius Kidney Care.
