Patsy King Obituary
She was a member of New Hope Assembly of God in Big Stone Gap, and served as secretary/treasurer for many years. Patsy served as a foster grandparent at Kid Central in Appalachia, Va. and was given so much joy from her experiences.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Rebecca (Tomlinson) King; and her sister, Nancy Carol King.
Patsy is survived by several cousins and special friends, Joyce Purvis, Bitsy Carrico, Carolyn Rutherford, Cheryl Bryington, Rick and Theresa Kelly, and Pansy Aistrop.
Friends may call from 1:00pm – 2:00pm Thursday, Mar. 30, 2023, at New Hope Assembly of God, 1405 1st Ave., E., Big Stone Gap. The service will follow at 2:00pm with Pastor Rick Whitten officiating.
Burial will follow at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens.
