Patsy Martin Obituary

She was born on March 2, 1947, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Mary Boze Bloodworth and Andrew Bloodworth. She was a graduate of South Hopkins High School Class of 1966. She was formerly employed as a physical therapy aide at NHC. She enjoyed fishing, crafting, and gardening. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Patsy was a member at Midway Valley Pentecostal Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Harold Bloodworth and Carlon Bloodworth; and her sisters, Barbara Suttles and Mildred Miller.
Her survivors include her husband of forty-nine years, Edward "Dale" Martin of St. Charles; daughter, Susie (Bill) Davis of Madisonville; sister, Brenda Bloodworth of Madisonville; granddaughter, Megan (Ben) See of Charleston, SC; grandson, Ryan Cummins of Madisonville; great-grandson, Carden See of Charleston, SC; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2025, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Bro. Mickey Walls officiating. Burial to follow at West Lawn Cemetery in Hanson, KY.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday at the funeral home.
