Patsy McIntyre Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home - Wichita Falls on Mar. 12, 2024.
Patsy (Pat) Sue McIntyre, 93, of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away on March 11, 2024.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 15th, at Crestview Memorial Park with First Baptist Church officiating. The family will receive friends at a visitation at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home on Thursday, March 14th, from 6-7 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.
A daughter of the late Loraine and Emmet Wallace, Pat was born on February 9, 1931 in Estelline, Texas.
Pat met the love of her life on a blind date, and that blind date turned into 48 years of marriage. She was a huge supporter of her husband "Mac's" coaching of little league football for 32 years and was known to players as "Ms. Mac."
Pat was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of Wichita Falls and attended faithfully for many years until her health would not allow. She was also a longtime employee of Dillard's, where she worked for 27 years. Pat loved driving to visit her many friends and shopping in antique stores, adding to her vast collection of tea pots and roosters. Those that knew her knew that her favorite part of any meal was dessert, with pecan pie at the top of the list.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband Lewis McIntyre and daughter Stacie Moss, both of Wichita Falls.
Pat is survived by daughter Shawna Smith, grandson David Barry (Holly) Smith, granddaughter Lori (Chris) Stovall, grandson Dustin Moss, and many extended family members and friends.
The family would like to extend sincere thanks and gratitude to Advanced Rehabilitation and Healthcare and Hospice of Wichita falls for their loving care.
For those desiring, memorial contributions may be sent to a charity of their choice.
