Patsy Ann Miliner, a resident of Bluffton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 20th, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on December 10th, 1947, in Dale County, Alabama, Patsy was a cherished member of her community and a devoted family woman.
Patsy dedicated her career to serving others as the Director of the Senior Citizen Center, where her compassion and leadership touched the lives of many. She was a devout Christian and member of Bluffton Baptist Church. Patsy found great joy in serving her Lord and Savior through various ministries. Two she held close to her heart were the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Ministry and The Mat Ministry.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Miliner, her parents, Robert and Susie Parker, and her siblings, Howard Parker, Junior Parker, Donald Parker, Walt Parker, Joyce Hill, Hazel Plair, Grace Truitt, and Julia Guthrie.
Patsy is survived by her beloved children, Michelle Cutchens (Larry) of Blakely, GA, Charles Miliner, Jr. (Ramona) of Bluffton, GA, and Kelly Hatton (Jason) of Webb, AL. She was a proud grandmother to Kyle Cutchens (Ellie), Ava Cutchens Whitehead (Colton), Madison Miliner, Caitlyn Miliner, Dylan Hatton (Maggie), and Kyra Hatton. Patsy also leaves behind her dear sisters, Sue Bowman and Judy Keener, both of Midland City, AL.
A graveside service to honor Patsy's life will be held at Bluffton City Cemetery in Bluffton, GA, on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025, at 10:00 am, with Rev. Doug MacMonich officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home.
Patsy Ann Miliner will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her dedication to her family and her warm and generous spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
