Patsy Ann Nelson

Patsy Ann Nelson, 82, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024 at Miller's Merry Manor, Warsaw.
Patsy was born on August 25, 1941 in Muncie, IN to Kenneth and Margaret (Huffman) Shuttleworth.
On March 18, 1961 in La Porte, she married Thomas Nelson who preceded her in death in 1993. Surviving Patsy are her 2 children, Connie (Floyd) Mrozinske of Warsaw and Michael (Sheila) Nelson of Blue Island, IL; 3 grandchildren, Jared (Jenna) Mrozinske, Kayla (Mark) Jablonski, and Justin Nelson; brother, Kenny (Susie) Shuttleworth; one great-grandchild, Jett; 2 sisters, Nancy Crane of Elburn, IL and Peggy (Jim) Hill of La Porte; and nephews, Joseph Bielawski, Jeffrey Bielawski, and Jimmy Hill.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister-in-law, Barbara Jallo; and brother-in-law, Stan Crane.
Patsy worked in Human Resources for many years at Howmet. She was a member of SHRM. Patsy enjoyed golfing, bowling, and softball. Patsy was co-owner of Highlander Golf Range. She worked and lived in Las Vegas for 20 years.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte. A private family service will take place at a later date.
