Patsy Lucille Overstreet, 82, of Bedford, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph and Elsie Haynes; sisters, Phyllis Truxell and Shirley Cundiff.

Patsy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and devoted friend and was loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Rhonda Holland (Sara) and Mark Arthur (Hume); grandchildren, Bennett Arthur, Raine Arthur, Nora Holland-Farres and Eduard Holland-Farres; lifelong brother-in-law, Jimmy "Shorty" Cundiff; numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bedford.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Patsy. Sympathy to her family.
Patsy was a happy person. We have fond memories of her, and
many good laughs. We enjoyed the visit that she and a few classmates
made to Louisiana.
