Patsy Owens Obituary
Patsy Smith Owens, 88, a native of Arkansas and a resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, LA and from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, AR. Religious services will be at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Sardis Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Donald Owens (partner, Jose Vasquez) and Charles Owens (Lisa); grandchildren, Dereck Owens and Brad Owens; great grandchildren, Hunter, Madison, Gaige, Ian and Annalise.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Eugene Owens; infant son, Melvin Eugene Owens, Jr.; grandson, Eric Owens; parents, Lester Earl Smith and Birdie Winberry Smith; brother, Loyce “Buck” Smith and sisters, Ila Mae Strange, Louise Page, Selma Jurls and Joyce Landry.
