Patsy Hall Page

Patsy Hall Page, 84, passed away peacefully at home on August 5, 2025. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Patsy was a graduate of the 1959 class of Jacksonville High School, where she was a cheerleader and voted as "Most Dependable" as a senior superlative. She attended Rex School of Nursing in Raleigh and graduated in 1962. The next year, she married the love of her life, Seavey "Manny" Page, who she met in the fifth grade. They were married 62 years this month. She worked as the office manager and registered nurse with Onslow Orthopaedics for 30 years. She excelled in her profession, earning additional professional certifications, and having leadership positions in a statewide organization. She was an incredible wife, mother, and grandmother, always helping others and working circles around people half her age. She was an amazing cook, and extended family and friends would always look forward to her meals and the big spreads she would put out for holidays and gatherings. She loved photos, especially of her grandchildren, of whom she took hundreds of candid pictures over the years. Patsy is survived by her husband, Seavey "Manny" Page, her daughter Jena Culler (husband Andy), her son Marshall Page (wife LaLinda), six grandchildren, Ashley Skutka (husband Dakota), Jacob Culler, Bryan Culler, Madison Page, Morgan Page, and Maysen Page, and one great grandchild, Sydney Skutka. She is also survived by her sister Reba Stamp (husband Jim). She is predeceased by her parents Archie and Ruby Hall.
