Patsy Lou Parker (Tucker), a beloved mother and cherished grandmother, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025, in Brandon, Mississippi, at the age of 91. She was born on December 11, 1933, in Paxton, Florida.
Patsy dedicated much of her life to her family and enjoyed many adventures with her husband, Theodore James Parker, who has preceded her in death. Together, they traveled the world and lived in various places, embracing each new experience as Mr. Parker was stationed in the Military. After their travels, she settled in Brandon, where Patsy spent the last 30 years of her life.
She is survived by her loving children: Theodore J. Parker Jr. (Cathy), Gregory Paul Parker (Debbie), Teresa Lynn Parker, and Kimberly Ann Miller-Smith (David). Patsy was also a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren and a great grandmother to eleven great grandchildren.
Patsy Lou Parker will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the beautiful legacy of family she leaves behind. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Lawson Tucker and Connie Pearl Seymore Tucker, her husband, Theodore James Parker, and six siblings. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
