Patsy Parker passed away on January 7, 2026, at her daughter's home in Holopaw, Florida surrounded by family. She was the loving wife of her late husband Kenneth Parker of 69 years. Patsy was born on August 4, 1940, in Eatonville, Mississippi. She was the daughter of Howard and Mavis Sanderson. As a young child she enjoyed playing on a local basketball team. At the age of 13 the family moved to St. Cloud then to their permanent home in Holopaw, Florida. She was raised Southern Baptist and had a strong Christian Faith. Patsy met Kenneth on a blind date, and they married on August 24, 1956. Kenneth's job moved them to Melbourne, Florida where she would help take care of Max Rodes Park and then in 1973, they moved to their current residence in Holopaw, Florida. Patsy started working for the Osceola County School Transportation as a bus driver and worked in the cafeteria at Michigan Avenue Elementary. After 29 years she retired and spent her days enjoying watching her great grandchildren.

Kenneth and Patsy had a daughter, Becky Pletcher, and then a son, Barry Parker. As a family, they loved boating, fishing, and camping with many summers spent in the Florida Keys. They enjoyed spending time with friends going on motorcycle adventures and being a part of the Kissimmee Yacht Club. Patsy loved to read and crochet. She was an amazing cook and was known for her Thanksgiving dressing with giblet gravy. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother.

Patsy Parker is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Parker, father Howard Sanderson, Mother Mavis Sanderson, and sister Linda Hill.

Patsy Parker is survived by her sister June Conley, daughter Becky and (Kevin) Pletcher, and son Barry and (Pam) Parker. She had four grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and one great- great-grandchild.

Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 2pm at Mount Peace Cemetery 755 E. 10th Street St. Cloud, FL 34769 with a reception immediately following at Kenneth and Patsy's residence 5040 Newman Ave Holopaw, FL 34773.
