Patsy worked for Cargill for over twenty years. She attended Revival Tabernacle in Springdale. She enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jarrell Arthur Perry, to whom she was married January 16, 1967, and one sister, Sandra McGarrah.
Survivors include her children, Justin Perry of Springdale and Natasha Lynn Leach and husband Brian; two brothers, Billy Luper and Jimmy Luper; two grandchildren, Derrick Burnett, Ciara Burnett, and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 11am at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Billy Luper officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday beginning at 10 at the funeral home.
