Patsy Jo Pimlott age 78, of St. Lucas, IA, died Sunday, April 30, 2023, peacefully at her home.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Born on February 9, 1945, in Waverly, Iowa, Patsy was the cherished daughter of Bert and Marlys Maloy. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends who were touched by her gentle spirit, creative mind, and love for life.
Patsy's interests were as varied as her talents. A lover of travel, she enjoyed exploring new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures. Her passion for reading allowed her to experience countless adventures within the pages of her favorite books. Patsy also found solace in gardening, where she could nurture and care for the beautiful plants and flowers that brightened her days.
Above all else, Patsy cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. Her gentle spirit and loving nature brought comfort and joy to all who knew her. Patsy was the type of person who could make anyone feel at ease, and her warmth and kindness will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
Patsy Jo Pimlott will forever be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her gentle spirit, creative mind, and unwavering love for her family will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
Patsy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dave Pimlott, and her dear son, Thomas Pimlott.
She is survived by her loving children, Ken and (Shelley) Pimlott of Nashua, Carol (Ward) Hamann of Eldridge, and sister Linda and (John) Estes, College Station, Texas. Patsy was a proud grandmother to Ethan, & Grace Hamann, and Courtney and Lucas Pimlott. She also has three great grand children, Destiny Pimlott, as well as Angel and Trey Gentry. Her grandchildren will always remember her for her unwavering love and support.
