Patsy Jean Radick, age 79, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Patsy was born in Caro, Michigan, on August 14, 1945, to Jay & June (Doyle) Diener. She was the oldest of nine children and graduated from Vassar High School with the class of 1963. Before retirement, Patsy worked as a systems analyst for Federal Protective Services of Homeland Security. In her younger years she enjoyed gardening, canning, reading, and raising her family.
In her later years, Patsy enjoyed watching crime dramas, reading magazines, solving crossword puzzles, and being the greeter at Memories & More Flea Market. Above all, she loved her family and especially watching her great-grandchildren and all their activities from skits to dance or paint.
Patsy is forever loved by her children: Dana Price (Garth Bergman) , Jeremy Fortuna, Gilbert Radick Jr.,Cheri (Troy) Howe, Lynn Diener, Brenda (Jay) Wescoat, and Clare Radick: grandchildren: Jesse, Samantha, Timothy, Nick, Cody, David, Rachel, Colin, Cari, Kelly, Mark and Devin; great-grandchildren: Kyle, Alexis, Korbin, Zander, Kohen, Shaylee, Logan, Landon, Steven, Kynlee, and Adalee; mother, June Diener; siblings: Dorothy Burnside, Marion (Pink) Marsh, Karen Close, Wanda (Newt) Radick, David Diener, Terry (Tina) Diener, and Glen Vliet; as well many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by daughter, Tina Aymer; brother, Jerry Diener, sisters, Rose Germain; great-grandson, Jayden Burcham; father, Jay Diener; and fiancé, Vince Fortuna.
Patsy’s family extends their sincere thanks and appreciation to those who helped care for her: adopted sister, Melissa Reed; adopted son, Scott Binkley; Dr. Aqil; Dr. Paylea; Dr. Kahn; and RN Maggie Justice and the rest of her staff.
Memorial services for Patsy will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 7, 2024, at Hanlin Funeral Home in Vassar; visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Pastor Bill Eberly will officate.
