Graveside services will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 3rd, at the Wheeler Cemetery in Wheeler, TX, with honorary pallbearers her grandsons, Jeremy Schaffer, JT Schaffer, TJ May, and grandson-in-law, Ryan Thiessen.
Patsy was born April 5, 1939, in Shamrock, TX to Charlie and Ocie (Deaton) Harding. She was a dedicated wife and homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Samuel Cappel Schaffer; daughter, Carla Diana Bond; son, Samuel Carlton Schaffer; infant children, Jimmy and Kathy; granddaughter, Tabitha Bond Longraf; and brother, Louis Joe Harding.
Patsy is survived by her daughter-in-law, Leilani Schaffer; grandchildren, Jeremy Schaffer, JT Schaffer, Samantha Thiessen, TJ May, and Jeileigh Schaffer; great-grands, Patience Longraf, Malach Longraf, Chandler Schaffer, Finn Thiessen, Grayson Schaffer, and Lucy Thiessen; great-great-grandson Kyrie; brother, Paul Harding; sister, Carolyn Sue Abla and extended friends and family.
Arrangements entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie, TX.
