Patsy Lynn Scott, 77, wife of Willard Lee Scott, Sr., passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on February 10, 1948, to the late B.D. Carroll and Pauline Miller Carroll. Patsy was the former owner of Lad and Lass Fashions. Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Aldridge and her husband, Kerry, a son Williard Lee Scott Jr., and his wife, Kellie, four grandchildren, Keaton Grubb, Williard Lee “Trey” Scott III and his wife Maya, Brett Vanlandingham and his wife Brittany, and Kelsie Bailey and her husband, Troy and six great-grandchildren, Harper, Ryder, Roxanne, Addison, Alora and Dakota. She was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen “Stevie” Carroll. The family has chosen cremation and requests Memorial Contributions to St. Jude’s’s Children's Hospital.
