Patsy Sealy Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Mission Park Funeral Chapels and Cemetery Dominion on Mar. 2, 2026.
Patsy Ann Sealy, age 91 of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on February 21, 2026. She was born on December 31, 1934 in San Antonio, Texas.

Patsy Sealy grew up in San Antonio and attended Edison High School. She worked in a variety of department stores while attending school and later worked at Gill Savings, World Savings, and Wells Fargo. Patsy Sealy married Richard C. Sealy July 16,1971. Together they raised their blended family in San Antonio and Boerne. Patsy and Richard built custom homes for several years in Boerne before Richard retired and they moved to San Antonio. Patsy continued to work at World Savings, stopping briefly to take care of her husband, Richard Sealy, until his passing on March 27, 2000. She continued to work at World Savings and later Wells Fargo until her retirement at the age of 80. Patsy loved her family and friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand. She and Richard enjoyed road trips to New Mexico and Colorado. She loved the outdoors, swimming, and spending time with family and friends at Garner State Park, Chalk Bluff, Padre Island, and JW Marriot. She never missed an opportunity to take her grandchildren and great grandchildren to Sea World and Fiesta Texas and was always there to help them reach their goals. She was an extremely strong woman, who fiercely loved her family and lived independently until June of 2024.

The family would like to thank all the staff at Heritage Place of Boerne, Blossom Assisted Living in Leon Springs, and Crest Hospice for their kindness and compassionate care of Patsy in her last days of life. Patsy lived a long and full life and would want everyone to rejoice in the fact that she is with her Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, and all her loved ones that have preceded her in death.

She is preceded in death by her husband Richard C. Sealy, father Herman L. Hagan, mother Laura Bernice Hagan, sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Bob Blanchard, brother-in-law Bill Zunker, and grandchildren Nicole Martin and Richard Hammock.

She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Timothy and JoNell Hagan, sister, Linda Zunker, and children and spouses, George and Mary Sealy, Guy and Susan Sealy, Robert and Katy Sealy, Michael Sealy, Mary Kathleen and Chuck Carver, Sharon and Dennis Enderlin, Sandra Davis-Hammock and Kyle Hammock. Grandchildren and spouses Richard and Shana Sealy, Michael and Melissa Sealy, William Sealy, Jennifer Jorrie, Cindy Cohn, Julie Schwartz, Rachel Farber, Carol Ann and Robert Aguilera, Brenda Sealy-Alexander and Dean Alexander, Crystal and Kyle Wiedenfeld, Catherine Sealy, Stephanie Carver, Guy Sealy, Zach and Nachel Davis, Steven and Noel Davis, Megan Hammock, Melissa and Joseph Ward, Galan and Jenny Enderlin, Rodney Finck, Tammy and Michael Cass, and twenty-seven great grandchildren and fourteen great great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
