Patsy Smith Obituary
Mrs. Smith was an excellent homemaker and a longtime member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, a proud mother & mother-in-law, and an adoring grandmother who enjoyed taking care of her family above all other things.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, George Smith; their children, John Smith and Betsy (Matt) Brent, and their grandson, Zachary Brent. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis and Bessie Lou Smith; her brother, Neal Smith; and her sisters, Amy Smith and Nancy Smith.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 18th at Oak Grove Baptist Church at 12 PM with receiving of friends beginning at 11AM. Brother Andy Nolen will officiate. Private interment will take place at Covington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church.
