I just realized how long Pat and Jerry had a part of my life. Lots of Christmases at Esther and John's, my parents' house, my grandparents', and their house on Bel Air Drive in Omaha. The first 10 yearalways had great times playing with Pam and Sherri. I especially remember the tire swing at Aunt Esther's. I can't honestly remember if it was Shetty or Pam on the swing with me, but the rope broke and I went head-first, backwards into the tree. Pretty sure there was a concussion on my part because that's the last thing I remember of the night, but I'm sure if Pat was there she was the one to calm my grandma down, Pat was always calm about everything. I wish we had kept in touch. When I spoke to her on the phone several years ago, her voice was still the same.Pat and Jerry were my godparents and the closest thing I had to an aunt and uncle. Rest In Peace.
