Patsy Casteel Talley

Patsy Casteel Talley was born on March 3, 1940 in Savannah, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Harold and Sally Hulen Casteel.
On May 1, 1965, she was united in marriage to Frank B. Talley, who preceded his wife in death on January 20, 2017.
Prior to her retirement, Patsy worked for Savannah Manufacturing and owned Sunset Tan. She was a talented seamstress and enjoyed going out to eat with her daughters and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Talley was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee.
Patsy Casteel Talley departed this life on September 26, 2025 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 85 years, 6 months, and 23 days.
She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Gordon (Danny), Nesi Sheffield (Wade), and Dianna Scott, all of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Margie Smith, Barbara Meeks, Mary Jo Stricklin, and Sharon Weber; brother, Ronnie "Frog" Casteel; and grandchildren, Starla Rogers, Daniel Gordon, Cody Scott, Kaitlyn Scott, Stacie Scott Perrine, Christie Sheffield, Miranda Murphy, Shawn Talley, and Johnny Shelby.
In addition to her parents and husband, Patsy was preceded in death by her sons, Jeff Talley and Gary Talley; brothers, Harold Casteel, Jr. and Doug Casteel; and great grandchild, Cole Rogers.
