Patsy Townes Obituary
She was born on October 31, 1952, in Pelham, NC, to the late Garland Dix, Jr. and Phyllis Myers Dix.
Mrs. Townes worked at Securitas as a security guard, and she was of the Christian faith. She was a beloved friend, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Townes loved to spend time with her family, and she loved drag racing.
She is survived by her daughters, Brandy Ingram and her husband, Curtilious; Felicia Townes; and Louvonia White; companion, Jerry Clement; grandchildren, Tyasia Chavious; Janiyah Pinchback; Jaleel Pinchback; Victoria White; Cedric White; Xavier, Lanae, and Isabella Ingram; and great-grandchildren, Rilea Daniels; Taylor White; Vanaiya White; Zhavia White; and Taveah White; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Townes was predeceased by her husband, Charles Townes; and brothers, Johnny Dix; Garland Dix, III; and Steve Dix.
Carolina Cremation Center is respectfully serving the Townes family.
