Patsy Kay Trail, 80, of Kaufman, TX went to be with the Lord on December 1, 2024. Patsy was born August 29, 1944, to Herschel and Lora Mae Campbell in Kaufman. She was a lifelong resident of Kaufman, graduating from Kaufman high school in 1962. On August 11, 1962, she married John Trail, and they spent a loving 41 years together before his passing on July 28, 2004. Patsy worked as an office manager for 40 years at Paul Murrey Ford in Kaufman until she retired. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Kaufman for her entire life. Patsy was a founding member of the Cameo Club, enjoyed playing bunco, and traveling to Shreveport where her favorite casinos were. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Sister. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herschel and Lora Mae, husband John, and sister Louise Garner. Those left to cherish her memory are children: David Trail and wife Angela of Kaufman, TX, Stacey Hambrick and husband Doug of Warner Robins, GA, and Tina Evans of Kaufman, TX; grandchildren: Bryan Trail of Columbus, OH, Brandon Trail of Charleston, SC, Andrew Trail and wife Caroline of Lindale, TX, Kayden Arnet of Kaufman, and Mckinlee Evans of Kaufman; great granddaughter Laney Rae Trail; sisters: Virginia Thomas and Carole Aga and husband Bobby; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
