A visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Home Thursday, January 16, 2025, 6:30 to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held Friday, January 17, 2025, 10:30 AM at Sanders Memorial Chapel with Al Wise officiating. Graveside services will follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
Patsy was born June 24, 1937, in Brownfield, TX to James and Phoebe Smith. Patsy married Willis Tyson in Lovington, NM on August 7, 1954. They had been married for sixty-two years. He preceded her in death on June 19, 2016.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Phoebe Jo Tyson.
Loved ones include her son, Mike Tyson and wife, Dollie; grandchildren, Sarah Holman, Tanner, Hannah Tyson and Michael Shawn; several great grandchildren.
