Jerry J. Anibas, 75, of Elk Mound, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire following many health issues.
He was born March 8, 1947, the son of LaVerne "Vern" and Leona (Fedie) Anibas. Jerry was raised and attended school in Mondovi. After high school, Jerry joined the U.S. Navy where he served until his honorable discharge.
Jerry worked for Fehr Concrete for decades until his retirement due to health issues. During retirement Jerry enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, boating, and spending time with friends & family. He will be remembered for his unique personality.
Jerry is survived by his girlfriend, Debra Bice; siblings, David of Eau Claire, Daniel (Nancy) of Mondovi, Randy (Nancy) of Mondovi, and Susan (Norm) Fowler of Charlotte, NC; many aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Jerry's life is being planned for the spring.
