Patsy Burt Williams, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the age of 91.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Oakland Cemetery in Oakland, Mississippi.

Patsy was born on September 13, 1934, in Clarksdale, Mississippi to the late George Lee Burt and Hattie Berry Patterson Burt. She grew up in Oakland, MS, where she blossomed, leading her to be crowned Queen of Yalobusha County during her high school years.

Throughout her life, Patsy found fulfillment in various pursuits. She dedicated a significant part of her career to being a real estate agent. Additionally, Patsy employed her meticulous nature and dedication in bookkeeping.

Patsy's faith was a cornerstone of her life, as a member of Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, TN. Her spiritual journey nourished her soul.

Family was of utmost importance to Patsy. She is survived by her son, Burt Williams and his wife Michelle of Tulsa, OK, and her daughter, Cindy Williams Walker of Memphis, TN. Patsy took great joy as a grandmother to eight grandchildren and a great-grandmother to four great-grandchildren.

Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Williams. She also mourns the loss of her three siblings: Joe Lee Burt, Dale Burt, and Jane Burt Pray.
