With great sorrow, we announce the peaceful passing of Patsy “Sue” Wilson on March 7, 2025. Born in Lebanon, Virginia, to Carl Wilson and June Belcher Wilson, Sue became known throughout for her tender, generous spirit.
A woman of profound faith, Sue was an active churchgoer whose life was a testament to kindness, service, and an enduring trust in God. Her quiet presence and loving heart enriched the lives of everyone she encountered.
Sue was predeceased by her children, Johnny Keith Wilson and Kimberly Diane Blevins. Johnny, lovingly known as “Keith,” left behind his three children—Makenzie, Owen, and Bonnie. Kimberly, whose life ended too soon in 2007, is survived by her two children, Brooke and Ethan Blevins. Sue is also survived by her brother, Kenneth Wilson of Finney, Virginia.
In honor of her memory, the family requests that donations be made to her church, Bethel Baptist Church 60 Ketron Ave. Lebanon VA, 24266 to continue the work of service and compassion which Sue held so dear.
A service will be held on Thursday, March 13th, at the 1pm, at her church, Bethel Baptist Church of Lebanon, Virginia with Rev.Arnold King. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until 1:00pm prior to the service. Burial will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens.
