Patti Bills Obituary
Patti J. Bills, aged 67, of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away on February 3, 2026, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. Born on May 24, 1958, in Manhattan, Kansas, Patti was the daughter of Dean Stingley and Barbara (Broer) Stingley.
Patti is preceded in death by her beloved parents. She leaves behind her brother, Jonathan Stingley (Lori), and her sister, Lisa Johnson (Rick), along with her two cherished sons, Ryan Bills (and his wife, Serena) and Garrett Bills (and his wife, Samantha). Patti also adored her five grandchildren: Landon, Logan, Ava, Luciana, and one expected grandchild.
Patti walked this world with a smiling face and working hands. Her laugh could rise and fill a room, chasing away the quiet and gloom. Her two sons were her pride and joy while her grandchildren brought even more! A loving Mother and Best Friend. Nana will never be forgotten even in the end.
Patti's warmth and love for her family will be fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A funeral service to honor Patti's life will take place on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Russellville Family Funeral chapel.
Cremation arrangements are being handled under the care of the Russellville Family Funeral.
