Patty Jo Claridge

Patty Jo Claridge Skinner entered into eternal life, Friday afternoon, February 27, 2026, surrounded by her daughters. She was 93.

Patty Jo was born September 22, 1932, in Franklin, Arizona, to John and Margie Perry. She was the sixth of eight children. Patty Jo attended Franklin grade school and later at the Duncan High School. In 1948, she married Brooks Claridge in 1948 and to their union was joined six children, three boys and three girls. In 2003, Brooks passed away. In 2010, Patty Jo remarried to L.L. Skinner. She will be honored and remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister.

Patty Jo is survived by: her children, Jimmy Claridge (Carla), Patty Jean Anderson (Bob), Gaye Powell and Ronnie Claridge; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and her sister.

Graveside services for Patty Jo will be conducted Friday morning, March 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Franklin Cemetery by Bishop Randall Claridge of the Virden Ward.
