I think Paul Beasley was the best falsetto of all times, he influenced me in the early 80s by me and my brothers and sister listening to the group the Gospel keynote, so we put together a group singing those songs. Paul may be gone from this earthly life, but he has left a musical legacy that will live as long as Gospel Music is around. We always honor Paul's birthday on my radio shows. As I told him, December 11th had a dual meaning because he shared the same date of my mom's birthday.

To the family of Paul, the world has lost a gospel legend. I grew up listening to his music, attending live performances and it was always so uplifting. My brothers had the pleasure of performing with him several years ago and what a performance it was! His unique talent will never be forgotten. Paul will be greatly missed!

God Blessed Mr Beasley with an amazing voice. No one could hit a note like him. He will be missed, I shall never forget him. His Sister Doris has been my Best friend here in New Orleans for many years. I thank God for blessing me to know and love them the way I do. Just know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. Mr Beasley in resting in Jesus arms. And know that God is with you all. May God keep you and give you Strength
