"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted."
In Loving Memory of Paul Martin Brewton Jr.
March 23, 1994 – January 26, 2025
Paul Martin Brewton Jr. was born in Vidalia, GA, on March 23, 1994, to Carla Harrison and Paul Brewton. He attended Toombs County High School and Robert Toombs Christian Academy, where he proudly wore the #56 jersey.
Paul’s smile could light up a room, and his laugh was truly one of a kind. He had an outstanding work ethic and loved fishing and hunting. Most of all, he loved his kids, family, and friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his loved ones, Joyce and Willie H. Jones, and Cledis Brewton.
Cherished memories live on through his beloved children, Nolan Phoenix, Mylan Alfonzo, and Mahaely Ann Marie, as well as Tanika Peters, mother of his children and her parents, Tifani & Juan Vasquez. His heart, Sylvia Harrison, his grandfather, Raymond Smith, his very special aunts, Marie Harrison and Ladasha Fields, and his uncle, Gerald Harrison, will continue to carry his memory. A special tribute is given to Jason and Angie Braddock, who held a significant place in his life.
Paul is lovingly remembered by his siblings, Asia Harrison, CNia Brewton, Jahsin Harrison, Yolanda Hunt, April Guest, Marc Brewton, Angelo Brewton, and Tavaris Brewton. He is also survived by his stepmother, Stephanie Denmark, and stepbrother, Stephon Denmark.
Paul shared an unbreakable bond with his closest friends, whom he considered brothers: Marcus Trull, Hunter Braddock, Valente Guerrero, and Tomond Hampton.
Paul’s memory will live on in the hearts of his many relatives, friends, and all those who loved him.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at St. Phillips Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Artis Carswell officiating.
