I visited the Tribute Center and the 9/11 Memorial this summer with my twin sister. The tour guide, Jim, who was a survivor that had been working in the World Trade Center, explained the memorial to us. He also asked us to put our hand on a name and then invited us to search the name here and find out about a little about them. I am so glad that I touched Paul's name and I enjoyed reading about his amusing and caring ways. Please accept my sincere condolences for your great loss.

I was a friend of Paul's back in Stansted at Primary School. We were classmates, team mates in the school football team and he used to come round after school fo fish fingers and chips. He is still sadly missed and I still look at newspaper clippings of us in team photos for bentfield county primary school.

If Paul hadn't been there ahead of me that day. I would not be here. Paul took care of work that would have put me in his place. I ran back to the office to retrieve something that was left behind. If not for his actions I would not be here

My mother taught Paul as a child, in England. She still remembers him. So do I. I used to help out in the school and used to run an after school club.

He was only ten years younger than me.

I'm sorry he's gone. I will always remember him. So will my mother.

I would like to express my deepest condolences to the friends and family of Paul Bristow. I know this time of year must be very hard for everybody who has lost a loved one and my thoughts and prayers go out to all the families who have suffered a loss.

I am a student at St. Pius the X High School and this year our Student Council has made wrist bands containing the names of people who have died from the 9/11 terrorist attacks. We made over 3,000 wrists bands and have distributed them to every student, faculty member and parent in our community. We are going to wear these wrist bands from September 9th until Septmeber 19th. I picked out a wrist band that read the name Paul Bristow. After coming to this website and reading his biography, I would just like to say to his family that I am very sorry for your loss. I hope that you can take comfort in the fact that he is in a better place, one with out guns, fighting or the evil of this world, and one day you will be reunited with him again.

I did not know anyone who passed away on 9/11/01, but it hurts to see all of the faces and know that they are gone. God Bless you and may you rest in peace. May God Bless your family and friends.

I had the pleasure of interviewing with Paul in March of 2001. Even in a job-interview situation I could tell that Paul was a fun, easy-going person. Unfortunately, I did not get to work with Paul but he made a lasting impression on me.

I found out quite by accident that Paul passed on 9/11 when inquiring of a mutual friend , "how's crazy Paul that I interviewed with? - he was so nice."

I was very upset to hear of his untimely death and feel sincere loss for a person I ever so briefly knew.

I immediately thought of his girlfriend whom he referred to during my second interview and my thoughts and prayers go out to her and his family.

I consider myself luck to have met Paul!

We are deeply sorry for your loss of Paul. May his charm, his life and love continue living in those who love him. May you always feel the warmth of his love surround you. May warm memories of times shared lighten the sorrow of your hearts. Our hearts cry with you in your loss of Paul.

America Cries

We see your sorrow-

and our hearts cry....

We can not erase your pain

but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-

-the American people-

are beside you.

We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,

the strength that gives you courage,

and the words to lighten your spirits.

And when we are left speechless

may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts

to ease your sorrow.

May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-

-the American people-

face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
