Paul (Bud) Perminter Jr., 56, passed away on February 11, 2026.
Born on December 5, 1969, Paul was a loving and humorous father, brother, and friend whose presence lit up any room and will be missed tremendously. He will be remembered for his selflessness and empathy for others that were contagious.
Paul loved his family unconditionally and left memories that would last for generations. He is survived by his father, Paul Perminter Sr. & partner Annette Alexander; his daughter Deena Struggs; his son, Paul Hawkins & partner Fatima Harriston with grandchildren Lil Paul, Princeton, Shaumir, Justice, King, and Pretty; his daughter, Shantia Tucker, and grandchildren Jeniah, Jayce, and JeKari; and four siblings: Paulene Perminter & fiancé Christopher Struggs, Cynthia Rhodes & husband Manani Babatu, Aric Perminter & wife Emma Perminter, and Giere Perminter & partner Hathzel Alvarez. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends & companion Victoria Peatross.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Craig Nesbit (Cynthia- Chi-Chi).
Paul’s life will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
