I just found this, and I'm beyond stunned and terribly saddened. I wish that he had contacted me when he was ill. I had made a promise if something like that occurred, I would be there to help. I have so many, many memories that are precious to me, and Rikki, I'm so terribly sorry for your lost. He adored you and your children. Please know my heart bleeds for you, and I'm so sorry he had to suffer.
